Applicants who have registered for all symposia of the 2^nd, 3^rd or 4^th Certificate Course in Obesity & Weight Management and possess two or more Attendance Letters, within 3 years from the course completion date, will be granted exemptions to Symposia. 

A true certified copy of the attendance letters attained should be attached to the Application and Exemptions Forms.
